Whistleblowing

In accordance with our corporate policies, a two-way communication channel has been established for stakeholders and other involved parties to express their opinions and report complaints of unfair treatment by Thai Union.

The Chairman of the Audit Committee or General Manager Audit Unit is designated as the point of contact to receive complaints relating to Corporate Governance and the Code of Conduct from all groups of stakeholders. The Audit Committee reviews the complaint reports every quarter and provides a summary report to the Board of Directors.
