Subject: Earlier Deadline for Shareholders' Proposal of Meeting Agenda and Name List of Potential Director Candidates for Consideration in the Forthcoming 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

As Thai Union Frozen Products PCL. (TUF) recently took an initiative to allow its shareholders to propose meeting agenda and name list of potential director candidates to be considered during the forthcoming 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company, however, has decided to hold its board meeting earlier than previously agreed schedule. This change in board meeting date has made the Company to accordingly reschedule the last date of such shareholders' proposal to until Friday February 12, 2010 only, instead of Friday February 19, 2010 as previously fixed. Earlier deadline of such proposal by shareholders will ensure that any proposed meeting agenda and name list of potential director candidates are to be addressed during the said board meeting.
